But when you're on island time do you really need an excuse?

The Gangs All Here
Whatever your poison, we have just the thing to quench your thirst.
It's Cocktail O'clock
2 oz. Tito's Vodka
2 oz. Coconut Water
1 oz. Guava Juice
1 oz. Soda Water
Stir or shake, our in a tall glass filled with ice, and garnish with lime
2oz Single Estate Old South Georgia Rum
½oz Almost Rum Pure Cane Syrup
3 dashes angostura bitters
1 orange wedge
1 lime wedge
6 mint leaves
In an old-fashioned glass, gently muddle the fruit, mint, bitters, and syrup. Add rum and stir a little before adding ice. Add ice and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig.
1.5 oz Gentleman Jack®
1/2 oz Sweet vermouth
1/2 oz Dry vermouth
2 Dashes Jack Daniel's Tennessee Cocktail Bitters
1/2 fill a cocktail mixing glass with cubed ice. Add all ingredients and stir for 10 seconds. Strain the liquid into the glass and add 2 dark cherries on a pick and rest on side of glass, to garnish.
